Collaborative, Trauma-Informed Care – Lavatria believes that healing begins with safety. She creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and supported. Her approach is compassionate, person-centered, and grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based care.

She views therapy as a partnership, honoring each client as the expert of their own life while walking alongside them toward meaningful change. Sessions are steady, relational, and tailored to each individual’s pace and goals.
