Karen is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arkansas with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. She offers therapy to children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, and seniors.

She has a strong background in family therapy, play therapy, and trauma-informed care, with particular interest in generational trauma, parent-child relational challenges, and healing from childhood trauma. Karen utilizes a broad range of evidence-based interventions and works comfortably across outpatient, school-based, and medical settings.
Karen’s areas of expertise include trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and serious mental illness. She also has experience working with clients facing terminal illness, developmental challenges, and long-term stressors. Her decades of multidisciplinary collaboration allow her to coordinate effectively with psychiatrists, schools, families, and medical teams.

Karen earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Arkansas State University. Since earning her LCSW in 2003, she has served in a wide variety of roles—from outpatient therapy and hospice care to school-based mental health and inpatient trauma recovery.
Karen is a founding member of the International Association for Sand Tray Therapy and has provided supervision and mentorship to numerous social work interns and Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW) towards earning their LCSW. She is CPR-certified and has longstanding training in crisis intervention, disaster response, and HIV/AIDS education and counseling.
Passionate about generational healing and creating safe spaces for emotional growth, Karen’s therapeutic style is both nurturing and direct. Clients appreciate her grounding presence, sense of humor, and commitment to helping them build a more connected, stable future.

Kami is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT-S) on a mission to help people create spaces to heal their inner hurts.
Focusing on women’s issues, trauma, and anxiety, she provides individual therapy to individuals seeking to heal their deepest wounds, both old and new. She’s an ally to LGBTQQIA and BIPOC members.
With over a decade of experience, she’s dedicated to supporting women with neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression to navigate through past traumas that are impacting their present relationships, parenting, and self-esteem.

Healing is a Journey - Kami is a pattern disruptor, a healer, and a space holder for all things sacred. She aims to create a safe place to land, so you can feel your feelings and be heard. Therapy is hard, but it’s not as hard as what you’ve already been through. Something you’ll hear from Kami often in sessions is “stuff can be two things”. Healing is a journey (that is not a straight line) and she’s here to walk alongside you on that path.

Kami comes from an extremely blended family and believes in the power of love over everything. That’s why working with families and kiddos is something she is passionate about. While she’s a therapist, she’s also a woman, wounded child, daughter, warrior, space holder, and friend. “I feel the same pressures and insecurities as you: but together, we can emerge from the shadows and into the light.”
Kami received her Bachelors of Art in Psychology and her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University. She received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Counselor Education from the University of Mississippi. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (Arkansas #P161179), Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (#S2907), and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at University of North Texas.
She is trained in EMDR, Child Parent-Relationship Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Theraplay Level 1.

Erin Weber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an active license and over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. She sees clients ages 3 to around 40.
Erin specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), selective mutism, school refusal, learning differences, adoption-related challenges, special needs (both clients and their families), and PANS/PANDAS. She is also a strong LGBTQ+ ally and provides affirming care to clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
