Timothy Mayfield, LPC-S

Timothy Mayfield is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field and a strong commitment to helping clients heal, grow, and find their voice. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Timothy has extensive experience working with survivors of abuse and trauma and has a particular passion for helping women who have experienced abuse, domestic violence, or other traumatic events. He focuses on helping clients rewrite their stories, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels empowering, stable, and meaningful.

More About Timothy

Timothy has worked in outpatient, community mental health, residential, and academic settings, providing therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical supervision. He also serves as an LPC Supervisor and has taught graduate-level counseling courses.

He earned his Ed.S. in Counseling from Arkansas State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. Timothy is passionate about lifelong learning and continuing to grow both professionally and personally.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, teaching, and staying involved in the counseling community.
