Dr. McClellan is a licensed physician who has completed a General Psychiatry Residency and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship.
She primarily treats children and adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, and neurodivergence, as well as women’s issues such as postpartum depression and PMDD.
She has a special interest in treating the psychiatric manifestations of chronic illnesses such as Ehler's Danlos syndrome, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, mast cell activation, and dysautonomia.

She is a long-time resident of Little Rock with Arkansas roots that go back several generations. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with her family.
Dr. McClellan received her Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2010. She completed her General Psychiatry residency training at UAMS in 2014 and her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at UAMS in 2015. She is Board Certified in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology as well as through the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons.

Erica Taylor, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve mental wellness. She specializes in diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and personality disorders, with expertise in medication management and therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.
Erica offers comprehensive lab testing, including nutrient panels, thyroid panels, adrenal function, hormones, gut health, inflammation markers, toxins, and heavy metals. She focuses on nutritional interventions, gut-brain axis optimization, detoxification support, mitochondrial and cellular support, blood sugar and metabolic balance, and personalized lifestyle prescriptions.

Erica earned her Master of Science degree with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University (2019) and her RN degree from Baptist College of Nursing (2014). With specialized training in psychopharmacology, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy, she’s worked in psychiatric intensive care, geropsychiatric, and pediatric psychiatric settings. As an active member of ANA, ARNA, APA, and AANP, she remains committed to professional growth and excellence in psychiatric care.
Beyond her work, Erica is an active member of the Nurses Lounge of Central Arkansas, staying engaged with her peers and advocating for mental health advancements. She values work-life balance and enjoys spending time with family and friends. With a passion for interior design, shopping, and decorating lavish spaces, she finds joy in creating beautiful and welcoming environments.
Lauren Nguyen, APRN

Lauren is a board certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She is one of only a few certified practitioners of CBT-I in Arkansas, which is a specialized approach to insomnia. Lauren also has a Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition, which she often incorporates into her treatment plans.
Lauren has experience in treating children and adults with various diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. She has a special interest in working with individuals with sleep issues, irritability, and fatigue. She also loves working with families and caregivers navigating disability.

Lauren is a Northwest Arkansas native and enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending time with family. Lauren attended University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and received a Bachelor's degree in nutrition. She later went on to complete a Bachelor's in nursing from UTHSC in Memphis, TN. She completed her training in psychiatry at Frontier Nursing University where she completed her Master's in Nursing.

Kami is a licensed professional counselor and registered play therapist on a mission to help people create spaces to heal their inner hurts.
Focusing on women’s issues, trauma, and anxiety, she provides individual therapy to individuals seeking to heal their deepest wounds, both old and new. She’s an ally to LGBTQQIA and BIPOC members.
With over a decade of experience, she’s dedicated to supporting women with neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression to navigate through past traumas that are impacting their present relationships, parenting, and self-esteem.

Healing is a Journey - Kami is a pattern disruptor, a healer, and a space holder for all things sacred. She aims to create a safe place to land, so you can feel your feelings and be heard. Therapy is hard, but it’s not as hard as what you’ve already been through. Something you’ll hear from Kami often in sessions is “stuff can be two things”. Healing is a journey (that is not a straight line) and she’s here to walk alongside you on that path.

Kami comes from an extremely blended family and believes in the power of love over everything. That’s why working with families and kiddos is something she is passionate about. While she’s a therapist, she’s also a woman, wounded child, daughter, warrior, space holder, and friend. “I feel the same pressures and insecurities as you: but together, we can emerge from the shadows and into the light.”
Kami received her Bachelors of Art in Psychology and her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Henderson State University. She received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Counselor Education from the University of Mississippi. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (Arkansas #P161179), Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (#S2907), and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at University of North Texas.
She is trained in EMDR, Child Parent-Relationship Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Theraplay Level 1.

Karen earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Arkansas State University. Since earning her LCSW in 2003, she has served in a wide variety of roles—from outpatient therapy and hospice care to school-based mental health and inpatient trauma recovery.
Karen is a founding member of the International Association for Sand Tray Therapy and has provided supervision and mentorship to numerous social work interns and Licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSW) towards earning their LCSW. She is CPR-certified and has longstanding training in crisis intervention, disaster response, and HIV/AIDS education and counseling.
Passionate about generational healing and creating safe spaces for emotional growth, Karen’s therapeutic style is both nurturing and direct. Clients appreciate her grounding presence, sense of humor, and commitment to helping them build a more connected, stable future.
